We are an Associate of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) which gives you peace of mind that you are working with professionals.
We hold Client Money Protection which, incredibly, is not a mandatory requirement currently for Residential Block Managers. We want our clients to know they can place the upmost trust in us and our services.
Given the ever-increasing and complex leasehold legislation, we can provide the assurance that all of our team are fully qualified and regulated. We keep abreast with new legislation and provide assurance that your management accounts will be held in designated ring-fenced accounts and regularly audited.


We realise that communication is key and as such we commit to keep our channels of communication open to you at all times be that in regard to day to day management or accounts and service charges. You will be given access to your management and financial accounts at all times ensuring transparency for clients at all times.
