As befitting any progressive business, BLM Estate Management incorporates an altruistic CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy which is embraced by all those within the company. We recognise that in the modern age, the concept of ‘doing good’ is a fundamental aspect of a dynamic company and one which resonates with staff, clients and stakeholders alike.
The directors of BLM Estate Management recognise the company’s position in the heart of the local Bath community and supports and contributes to the following charitable initiatives:
Entry Hill – Bath – 23rd September - 5th October 2025
The project aims to transform the former Entry Hill Golf Course into a unique community park featuring nature trails, walkways and cycle tracks, plus a café and creative studio to create a vibrant destination for Bath residents, tourists and visitors. The thirteen-hectare site is a unique green space in the heart of the UNESCO world heritage Georgian city, and offers the potential to enhance the lives of all those who would be attracted to a sustainable landscape and ecological network. Promoting healthy lifestyles, encouraging wildlife and providing an educational environment are just some of the obvious benefits of this dynamic initiative.

Anyone living or visiting Bath (or many other surrounding towns for that matter), cannot have failed to notice the acute homelessness crisis that is so visible in our communities. A national problem that is being confronted by the Julian House charity (Number 1183751) that provides accommodation and support for those sleeping rough, escaping domestic abuse, restarting their life as a refugee or at risk of homelessness after leaving prison. In 2024, Julian House provided more than 96, 000 bed-nights across the region and helped 371 rough sleepers into more stable accommodation where they can find safety and begin their journey to independence.
Being active in the domestic property sector, the BLM Estate Management team are acutely aware of the precarious situations many people face when trying to find a secure home which is why Julian House is so close to our hearts. More information can be found at www.julianhouse.org.uk.
