Bath Leasehold Management comprises a close-knit team of ambitious highly experienced property professionals who share a unified vision as to how the business delivers its services. Acutely aware of the negative connotations associated with the property management sector, the team are driven by providing a radically different proposition that puts the clients’ interests at the heart of the company.

Recognising that commercial success stems from maintaining long-term client relationships, trust and transparency feature strongly in the ethos of Bath Leasehold Management. Operating from offices in central Bath, the responsibilities of each team member are clearly defined, but synchronised with each other to ensure projects are delivered without exception.

SARAH DEDAKIS

Managing Director

Passionate and entrepreneurial in equal measure, Sarah’s experience of the property market gives her the necessary insights to run the company in accord with her vision to create a reputable, ethical and reliable brand. Not words often associated with managing agents, but these are the values that she has instilled into the very fabric of Bath Leasehold Management. Sarah’s steely determination is another facet of her professional persona which contributes significantly to the company’s culture and philosophy.

NIKKI PARKER

Operations Manager

Nikki joined Bath Leasehold Management in November 2022 as Operations Manager to complement and support the property management team. Highly experienced in the sector and well-known in the Bath property scene, Nikki is highly experienced and adds a touch of dynamism and leadership to the company. She has worked in the industry for thirty-five years, including a twenty-year stint in New Zealand managing large shopping centres and retail, commercial, and residential units, with the final seven years spent in Christchurch on the South Island. The devastating earthquakes that hit the region in 2011 proved challenging in the extreme and served to bring her professional qualities to the fore; strong leadership, adaptability, and resilience were particular skills required to deal with the aftermath of this unprecedented and tragic event. Ensuring crystal-clear communication between clients, residents, supporting Government authorities, and multiple agencies was paramount, and Nikki rose to the challenge admirably.

Moving back to the UK, to Bath nine years ago, Nikki has been employed in a variety of executive roles, including managing leasehold and freehold properties, large estates, and commercial units. She has already proved to be a significant asset to the company, where her honesty, integrity, empathy, and strong work ethic have been noted alongside her friendly disposition, passionate attitude, and supportive nature.

JACK MARTIN

Property Manager

Highly experienced with a background in all facets of residential management, Jack joined the team in 2023 as Property Manager with responsibility for some of our leading block clients. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge with regard to proactively managing client requirements and supplier schedules. His operational and organisational skills ensure that all properties meet their legislative obligations and that even the most complex maintenance projects are undertaken and completed in a smooth and timely manner. Jack’s professionalism and attention to detail have already proved to be an asset to the team, and he plays an increasingly vital role in the company.

On a personal level, Jack has lived in Bath since childhood and has two young boys; he is also a passionate Liverpool fan.

LUIZA ROSIAK

Property Manager

Luzia is a dedicated member of our property management team and adds a unique blend of international experience and expertise to the company. Originally from Poland, Luiza made the exciting move to the United Kingdom 13 years ago, bringing with her a rich cultural background and a strong work ethic. With five years of experience in property management, Luiza has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service levels to our clients and ensuring their requirements are met with both professionalism and efficiency.

In addition to her career in property management, Luiza is a creative soul with a flair for design. She graduated in Fashion Design from the prestigious University of Art & Design in Krakow, which adds a refreshing perspective and artistic approach to her work.

Her combined dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence ensures that Luiza plays an integral role in both the success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

KALANTHA DEDAKIS

Property Manager

Creating and maintaining a solid administrative platform is a prerequisite for any successful business, especially in the property management sector. Thankfully, Kalantha is both meticulous and organised when dealing with the myriad of invoices, contracts, utility accounts and insurance policies which descend on her desk. Her unflappable character and attention to detail are both central to the operational function of the business. In a previous life, Kalantha was a professional dancer for seven years who travelled the world extensively.

OLIVIA MANSFIELD

Operations Support

With a career in managing and marketing a significant portfolio of holiday apartments in the Southwest, Olivia has exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, which have proved invaluable within her Operations Support position. Hardworking and tenacious, Olivia is highly focused on assisting leaseholds to maximise the benefits of working in partnership with Bath Leasehold Management to ensure their properties are managed and maintained efficiently. Having worked in association with BLM for some years, Olivia has a comprehensive appreciation of the sector and the relationships between ourselves and our clients.

Olivia is a proud Bathonian and loves living in the city and also has a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management and German.

CHARLOTTE MOLESWORTH

Accounts Support

Charlotte occupies a pivotal role in the business as she is part of the finance team that ensures all our client accounts are maintained and balanced and that properties are funded in accordance with their respective leases. As one might expect, Charlotte is highly organised and possesses exceptional communication skills, both of which are fundamental to her position.

Working remotely, Charlotte has spent most of her life on the coast in Nort Devon and enjoys the variety of her role acting as a financial conduit between the company, our clients and suppliers.

She has recently introduced a gorgeous Jack Russell puppy into her family!
